Choosing the location for your next Event

Sometimes people ask for the cheapest location for their next event. While we always factor in the budgetary considerations for our valued clients, it is important to also consider the purpose of the event. For example sometimes cheap venues do not offer the event requirements or can cause brand inconsistencies or brand damage if you have hired a cheap and not so nice venue for say a product launch of a prestige positioned product or service.

The Event location should also consider the target markets needs, for example if you know that guests will have limited mobility and you choose a location that does not have easy access (ramps and lifts) and one that has either lots of stairs or unsuitable parking or transport arrangements it will cause issues.
