PACKAGE #1: Live Webinar / Training – Remote Locations
- Uses Zoom conferencing software
- 100 participants, option to include more than this.
- Allows presenters to present remotely from their own computer in their house.
- Includes interaction such as Q/A, Polls.
- Viewers/Participants can watch presenters from wherever they are.
45 Productions hosts the meeting, has 1x crew member supervise the meeting and manage the presenter’s interaction (From the 45 Productions Office).

- Sending out weekly (Friday) emails to my database of my top 1,700 business professionals who frequently attend a variety of events I run.
- Sending personally addressed LinkedIn messages via your LinkedIn account to people who identify with our target market with a client-approved script.
- Package Price: Starting based on 25 people from $3,497 + GST
PACKAGE #2: Live Webinar / Training – Target 50 people
- Delivering a strong “general awareness campaign’ on Facebook, Meetup and LinkedIn through organic promotion.
- Sending out weekly (Friday) emails to my database of my top 1,700 business professionals who frequently attend a variety of events I run.
- Sending out fortnightly (Tuesday) emails to my database of 8,000 business professionals.

- Package Price: Starting based on 100 people from $6,997 + GST
Proposed Expenses
Webinar Marketing:
The Coaching and advisory space are fiercely competitive and for the webinar to succeed, it is vital not to underinvest in marketing. It will also be important to have a powerful value proposition for the presentations.
Expenses include payment to third parties for example Facebook ads, YouTube Ads, Meet up ads. These expenses also include editing the previous event graphics for social media and newsletter use with the new event details.
50 People – Marketing budget $600 + GST
100 People – Marketing budget $1,000 + GST
Schedule of Payment:
As our firm and event suppliers work on the basis of prepayment we will require payments from you as a client as follows:
Option 1: Pay in full upfront and receive a discount
Pay in full upfront prior to the commencement of work for our services, marketing and costs and receive a 10% discount of the portion representing MKG Events fees.
Option 2: Payment Plan
Deposit prior to the commencement of work: 50% + GST
Payment 1: 25% + GST | Payment 2: 25%+ GST
